1. Please ensure you have fully understood all details of the products you intend to purchase and our store policies before payment, to avoid subsequent return requests due to information discrepancies. If you do require a return (e.g., purchased the wrong product, excess quantity, etc.), we accept return requests within 15 days of buyer receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:
1) The product is unopened: The original packaging is intact, seals are unbroken, labels are attached, with no leakage or unusual odor.
2) The product inside the packaging shows no signs of damage or tampering.
3) The purchased product is non-customized and not a holiday gift box.
4)If a multi-item order requires a full return, any complimentary gifts must also be returned undamaged.
2. Non-returnable situations:
1) Due to the specific nature of edible herbal products, we cannot accept returns based on personal constitution or dietary preferences (e.g., taste, aroma, effects not meeting expectations).
2) Opened products or products with broken seals are not eligible for return, to ensure the health and safety of all consumers.
3) Returns or refunds are not accepted for parcels that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
4) Customized products, holiday gifts, and gift box items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. For eligible return requests, you are responsible for the international return shipping costs. Once we receive and verify the returned item meets our conditions, the original order payment will be refunded minus the international return shipping fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. We work with first-class, professional carrier partners and have standardized shipping procedures. Generally, all dispatched parcels will reach you intact. However, to protect your rights, please inspect the package integrity upon receipt. If you notice any damage, leakage, or other abnormalities, please immediately take clear photos showing the damaged condition, report it to the delivery logistics company, and contact us promptly. If verified, we will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
