Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order after payment, provided the goods have not yet been shipped (i.e., the package has not been picked up by the carrier). We will process your cancellation request within 2 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days after confirming eligibility. However, once the goods have been picked up by the carrier (typically indicated by tracking information on the order tracking page), we cannot accept order cancellations.
