1. Right of Withdrawal Period (15-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract (distance sales contract) without giving any reason within 15 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods. Please note that a withdrawal request (return request) can only be initiated after the order has been completed (i.e., the goods have been delivered to you) and within the 15-day window thereafter.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal (Initiating a Return)
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods, using one of the following methods:

1）Online Withdrawal Function: You may submit your electronic withdrawal declaration directly through the Return page on our website.

2）Written Notification: You may send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw to our customer service email address: service01@shengxi-adaptogen.com.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Before completing your payment, please ensure that you have fully understood all product details and our store policies, to avoid any subsequent return requests arising from mismatched expectations. While we accept no-reason withdrawal requests within 15 days, the following circumstances are not covered by our return policy, and your withdrawal request will be rejected if any of the following apply:

1）The product has been unsealed (including but not limited to: damaged original packaging, broken tamper-evident seals, or torn labels).

2）Items are missing from the package, or the product has been used.

4. Return Shipping
You must send the goods back to us within 15 calendar days of confirming your withdrawal notification. If you choose to return the item on your own, the direct return shipping costs shall be borne by you. If you choose to return the item through our designated logistics channel, the return shipping fees will be deducted directly from your order refund amount. Please note: If your order included any free gifts, you must return the gifts together with the product.

5. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of expedited shipping) within 15 calendar days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification. The refund will be made via your original payment method, credited to your payment account.

Please note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof of shipment for the return, whichever occurs first.

6. Exchanges
We partner with leading, professional shipping carriers and have established standardized dispatch procedures. Under normal circumstances, all packages are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, to protect your rights, please inspect the package for integrity upon receipt. Should you discover any damage, leakage, or other abnormalities, please take clear photographs immediately, report the issue to the shipping carrier, and contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we will arrange a replacement for you without undue delay.

7. Important Legal Notice for EU Consumers (Regarding the Duty to Inform)
Under EU law, if you do not receive clear information about this right of withdrawal and the "online withdrawal function" before checkout, your 14-day withdrawal period will not begin to run, and may be extended to 12 months from the date you receive the goods. We have fulfilled this duty to inform through this policy and our website interface prior to the transaction, and therefore your withdrawal right period is clearly established as 14 days.
