1.1 Regarding price & tax: The prices displayed for products in our store already include full shipping and taxes. You only need to make a one-time payment for the items in your shopping cart, with no additional charges required afterwards. Simply wait patiently for delivery—we will arrange and track all subsequent shipping matters until you have safely received your order.

1.2 Correct and full delivery address is important: Before submitting your payment, please ensure that the shipping address you have provided is genuine, complete, and accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact information, we will make every effort to contact you and work to prevent such an occurrence. However, if the delivery ultimately fails, the goods may be held locally for up to 7 days before being returned. In such cases, we regret that no refund can be issued.

1.3 Contact us if you can not make order: If you are unable to purchase from our store due to your country or region, please contact us or leave your contact details along with the address of the country you wish to ship to. We will verify and activate the ordering channel for you, allowing you to proceed with your purchase.

1.4 Shipping : Generally, all orders are shipped within 48 hours after your payment is completed. During special circumstances such as holidays or peak pandemic periods, order processing may be delayed, but the delay will not exceed 48 hours. Shipping and delivery usually take 7–15 days. In case of force majeure (such as routine customs inspections in your local area), this timeframe may be extended. Our professional logistics team will prioritize handling delayed orders and will notify you daily regarding the progress of your package.

1.5 Order tracking : All order logistics can be tracked. After you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, order date and time, order status, and the package tracking number for the shipped items. You can track your package 24/7 on the carrier's official website.
